Vanderguard has a Certified Professional Accountant on staff that tracks all of your receivables and payables. This includes Capital Expenditures, Condo Fees, Monthly Financial Statements, Operating Budgets, Etc.  No waiting for your statements!

We work with all of your existing contractors, source out new, or introduce you to our extensive list of trusted Saskatoon tradespeople.  All of the work is cleared by WCB and all contractors must provide their insurance prior to any work being started.
