Condominium Managers

It has been 12 years since Elliott started his career in real estate, with property management being his main focus.  Through meticulous review of the Condominium Property Act, Elliott has built a career that has included 23 buildings and over 600 units.

Elliott was born in Saskatoon, calls it home and is currently raising his son Ander and daughter Atlee here with his wife Christine.

In 2005, he received his B. Comm and B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan.  Having both a license in real estate and property management, Elliott is knowledgeable in all aspects of your property and willing to give advice whenever needed.

Elliott is proud to be an owner and manager at Vanderguard Property Management.  He is actively working to ensure that it remains a respected and considerate company in Saskatoon.

 Tim is originally from England and moved to Canada in 2007. 15 years experience in property management, with 10  of those years managing

condominiums in Saskatoon. 

Prior to coming to Canada, Tim served in the Royal Air Force for 12 years, after which he completed a Computing Degree and went on to own a pub for a number of years before settling in Saskatoon.

Tim is the dad to three children all born in Saskatoon and has lived in Saskatoon since his move to Canada . Interests include traveling, vehicles and aircraft, military history, various sports and family time.
